THE PLASTIC HAT BAND WAS CRACKED AND VERY STIFF WHICH IS VERY COMMON.  SO WE REPLACED IT WITH A YELLOW RIBBON TIE WHICH LOOKS GREAT AND WORKS WAY BETTER.
